In a rare Saturday session, the House passed funding bills to send aid to Ukraine, Israel, Gaza and Taiwan. He also passed a bill that could have banned TikTok. Despite strong bipartisan support, the votes could set the stage for a showdown over Mike Johnson’s future as House speaker. NBC News’ Julie Tsirkin has more.
