On Thursday, the 3rd US Circuit Court of Appeals refused Hunter Bidens effort to obtain Delaware gun case was fired.
A three-judge panel of the court did not consider his appeal on the merits and ruled that the lower court’s denial of his various procedural motions was not currently appealable.
“This appeal was dismissed because the defendant did not show that the decisions of the district court can be appealed before the final judgment,” the decision states.
Hunter Biden’s attorneys may request a review by the full panel of the 3rd Circuit or take the case to the U.S. Supreme Court.
