Footage of the Jan. 6 Capitol riots shows Jordan Fisher entering the Capitol and confronting officers inside the building. Fisher faces seven felony charges, but his appeal of the obstruction charge will now go before the Supreme Court. The videos were used as part of the government’s evidence and released at the request of NBC News.
