A federal judge overseeing a case involving counter-indictments Hunter Biden it’s over weapon storage rejected the attempts of the president’s son to terminate the case.
The judge’s ruling Friday comes after Biden was indicted in federal court in Delaware in September on three counts of possession of a weapon while using drugs.
Five motions to dismiss were dismissed after a federal judge in California dismissed the tax charges against Biden.
Biden’s attorney did not immediately respond to a request for comment Friday night.
The trial is scheduled to begin June 3 in Delaware and last about a week, according to the judge.
