A federal appeals court in Washington has ruled unanimously that former President Donald Trump is not immune from prosecution for allegedly plotting to overturn the results of the 2020 election. The spokesperson of the Trump campaign said that the decision will be appealed to the Supreme Court and said that “the prosecution of the President for his official actions violates the Constitution and threatens the foundation of our Republic.” NBC News’ Laura Jarrett reports.
