FBI Director Christopher Wray told a House committee that hackers in China are targeting America’s infrastructure and are poised to “wreak havoc and cause real-world harm to American citizens and communities.” Targets could include power grids, water treatment plants, gas pipelines and transportation systems, he said. NBC’s Ken Dilanian reports.
