The former president was in a Florida courtroom as his lawyers urged Judge Aileen Cannon to dismiss the case. Mr. Trump’s lawyers have argued that the federal law that underlies most of the charges is unconstitutionally vague when it comes to the former president. But Judge Aileen Cannon ruled it would be “premature” to dismiss because of the uncertainty. NBC News’ Laura Jarrett reports.
