The Arizona Supreme Court has ruled that a 160-year-old state law that bans nearly all abortions can still be enforced. The law criminalizes anyone who causes or assists a woman to have an abortion. The ruling adds Arizona to a growing list of states that have largely banned abortion care. NBC News’ Laura Jarrett reports.
