Florida’s Supreme Court has upheld Florida’s 15-week abortion ban while also green-lighting an abortion ballot initiative. Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) said Florida voters will head to the polls in November to respond to the state Supreme Court’s latest decision.
