The Arizona Supreme Court ruled unanimously Friday that nearly 100,000 undocumented voters will be allowed to cast ballots in state and local races. Their enrollment status was uncertain after Maricopa County discovered a clerical error in 2004. Voters are already allowed to vote in federal races.
