A judge in Donald Trump’s hush money case delayed sentencing until after the election, marking a significant victory for the ex-president. Sentencing was set for September 18. Earlier, Trump considered a request in a federal appeals court to overturn E. Jean Carroll’s defamation lawsuit against him. NBC News’ Laura Jarrett reports.
