Cobb County Superior Court Judge Henry Thompson said in a statement to the court that special prosecutor Nathan Wade and his wife Jocelyn Wade agreed. No more hearings were needed on Tuesday when Nathan Wade testified about allegations of a romantic relationship with Willis.

Joycelyn Wade’s attorney said in a statement Tuesday that the settlement resolves the issues of temporary child support and attorney fees, which will be heard in court Wednesday.

“While this negates the need for an immediate hearing, it does not resolve the case,” said Andrea Dyer Hastings, who noted that her legal team is still receiving information from Nathan Wade to divide the couple’s estate after more than 26 years of marriage.

“Our goal is to guide our client to a fair and just divorce settlement without a political agenda or public scrutiny. We are not affiliated with or interested in any other business,” he said.

One of Trump’s co-defendants, Michael Roman, initially accused Wade and Willis of an improper relationship.
