Trump tells readers to “stay tuned,” referring to the September 10 debate
Trump repeated his criticism of ABC News in a Truth Social post yesterday, calling the reporter “lightweight” for conducting a “ridiculous and biased interview” with Sen. Tom Cotton yesterday before going on to criticize other people who work at the network.
“They have so many questions to answer!!!” he said.
Trump captioned the post “Stay with us!!!” finished writing.
NBC News reached out to Trump’s campaign to ask if the post indicated Trump was reconsidering whether to participate in the Sept. 10 debate against Harris on ABC News.
Emhoff will travel to Long Island today
Emhoff will travel to Long Island, New York today, where he is expected to speak at campaign events. On the heels of the Democratic National Convention.
It will make stops in Water Mill and Sag Harbor.
Emhoff was in Chicago for a convention. He posted a video yesterday shows him visiting Wrigley Field with his family during a visit to the Windy City.
Where is Trump?
Trump will be in Detroit and address the US National Guard Association.
More than 4,200 National Guard officers, their spouses and other guests have registered for this year’s annual conference. Defense Department officials and lawmakers address the association every year, and in presidential election years, Democratic and Republican candidates are also invited.
Trump spoke to the association in 2016 as the Republican Party candidate.
