Former President Trump returned to the campaign trail by focusing on President Biden and his debate performance in a speech in Florida. Mr. Trump has doubled down on some controversial policy positions, including on immigration. Florida Senator Marco Rubio appeared at the event, fueling speculation that he could be Mr Trump’s running mate, but no announcement was made. NBC News’ Garrett Haake reports.
