In an 8-1 decision, the Supreme Court upheld a federal law prohibiting domestic violence victims from possessing firearms, ruling that the law was compatible with the Second Amendment. It was a rare Supreme Court decision upholding gun restrictions. NBC News’ Laura Jarrett reports.
