The Supreme Court is set to face a key question that will determine whether Donald Trump should go to trial over his alleged attempt to overturn the 2020 election. It comes as an Arizona grand jury on Wednesday indicted 11 Republican officials in a botched scheme to sway the state’s electoral votes to Trump. NBC’s Laura Jarrett reports for TODAY.
