The New York federal judge ordered Rudy Giuliani hand over your valuables and provided luxury apartments in New York to two Georgia election workers.
In a ruling released Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Lewis Litman ordered Giuliani to turn over his personal property to a receiver, “including cash accounts, jewelry and valuables, a legal claim for unpaid attorney fees and his interest in a Madison Avenue co-op apartment.” within seven days.
Ruby Freeman and her daughter, Wandrea “Shaye” Moss, filed a lawsuit in August to foreclose on the former New York City mayor’s estate to collect $146 million in damages awarded to them last year after a judge found. Giuliani is responsible for repeatedly slandering them. Giuliani accused the couple of election fraud after the 2020 presidential election.
