Harris says Trump ‘demeans the office’ of the president after he calls her a ‘s—‘ vice president

Vice President Kamala Harris responded Sunday to former President Donald Trump calling her a “s—” vice president, telling the Rev. Al Sharpton on MSNBC that “the American people deserve better.”

He went on to talk about the importance of the president setting the standard, not just nationally, but internationally — saying Trump’s behavior “demeans the office.”

His comments come a day after Trump lashed out at Harris at a rally in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, just outside of Pittsburgh.
