Vice President Kamala Harris responded Sunday to former President Donald Trump calling her a “s—” vice president, telling the Rev. Al Sharpton on MSNBC that “the American people deserve better.”
He went on to talk about the importance of the president setting the standard, not just nationally, but internationally — saying Trump’s behavior “demeans the office.”
His comments come a day after Trump lashed out at Harris at a rally in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, just outside of Pittsburgh.
From the stage of the rally, the former president released his usual insults against Harris, but added to the mass“You have to tell Kamala Harris that you’ve had enough, you can’t take it anymore. ‘We can’t stand you, you’re a s— vice president. The worst vice president ever. Kamala, you are expelled.”
“Donald Trump should never stand behind the seal of the President of the United States again. He has not earned his right. “He didn’t earn the right and he’s going to lose,” Harris told Sharpton on Sunday.
