Vice President Kamala Harris arrived in Arizona on a rare visit to the southern border to propose asylum restrictions. Former President Trump criticized Harris following a new announcement by the director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement that more than 13,000 migrants convicted of murder are at large, according to NBC News’ Gabe Gutierrez.
