School privatization activist and frequent guest on Fox News praised by former President Donald Trump has been placed on leave by her employer at a conservative nonprofit after reports that she appeared in gay pornography videos.
Corey DeAngelis was the senior researcher American Federation for Childrena conservative education nonprofit group founded in 2021 by former Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos (DeVos’ website says she is a former chair of the organization, and the organization’s website does not list her current involvement). “We have placed the employee on leave while we look into this matter further,” spokeswoman Rebekah Bydlak said when asked about DeAngelis and the adult film reports. Bydlak declined to comment further.
A DeAngelis lookalike who goes by the name “Seth Rose” appears in at least three gay adult films on the porn site GayHoopla. In the videos, “Seth Rose” does not have sex with other performers; rather, he appears in solo masturbation scenes or alongside other men. The existence of the videos was first reported last week by Str8 Up Gay Porn, a blog that shares articles about gay porn and sex.
DeAngelis did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
With over 160,000 followers on X, DeAngelis Ph.D. He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2018 and has worked for several conservative non-profit groups. In recent years, he has become a fierce advocate of “school choice,” which subsidizes private schools with public money. He was also critical of discussing LGBTQ issues in schools. in 2021 Forbes cited DeAngelis is on the 30 under 30 list in the education category.
DeAngelis has also been a regular guest on Fox News in recent years, criticizing policies that support LGBTQ students in some of his appearances.
DeAngelis in a Fox News segment last year made a speech against the Los Angeles Unified School District after holding a “Week of Action” to honor prominent LGBTQ people, including former NFL player Carl Nassib.
“It’s very strange that the far left is so obsessed with including sex in elementary schools,” DeAngelis said in the segment. “Why not just focus on the basics and get math, reading and arithmetic right?”

This year, DeAngelis published a book called Parent Revolution: Saving Your Children from the Radicals Destroying Our Schools. A description of the book says it “exposes the hypocritical elites who are content to hold other people’s children captive to the poor management of public schools.” Trump praised the book on his Truth Social social network in May.

A spokeswoman for the Trump-Vance campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Last week, DeAngelis X shared a post House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., supports transgender girls who play on gender-identified school sports teams and the Drag Story Hour children’s reading program.
The post reads: “Schools should be places of education – not indoctrination.”
DeAngelis has not posted on her social media accounts since Thursday. His landing page The American Federation for Children appears to have been dissolved.
