“We are at another turning point in world history,” President Biden said in his fourth and final address to the UN General Assembly. Despite the escalation of the conflict in the Middle East, he said that a diplomatic solution was still possible and that Russian President Vladimir Putin had “failed” to intervene in Ukraine.
