“Florida, like many other states that have already approved, will legalize personal marijuana for adults under the 3rd Amendment,” the former president wrote, adding, “Whether people like it or not, it’s a voter approval, so it has to be done right. . If passed, the marijuana ballot measure would “allow adults 21 years of age or older to possess, purchase, or use marijuana products and marijuana paraphernalia for non-medical personal consumption.”
