Vice President Kamala Harris agreed to at least one debate with former President Donald Trump in September, and Trump has proposed two more. As Harris and running mate Tim Walsh meet with union members in Michigan, a new CNBC poll has Trump nationally ahead of Harris by two points of margin of error. NBC News’ Garrett Haake reports.
