Vice President Kamala Harris attended a campaign rally in Philadelphia with her newly elected candidate, Minnesota Governor Tim Waltz. The Harris campaign hopes Walz will help bolster support for the Democratic ticket in Midwestern states. The former president Trump evaluated the ticket as “the most radical left-wing duo in American history.” NBC News’ Peter Alexander reports.
