Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said that he will be interviewed on Monday evening Elon Muskthe billionaire on the run Tesla, SpaceX and social media site X.
The former president’s planned conversation with Musk comes after the Democratic presidential nominee and vice president. Kamala Harris selection Minnesota Governor Tim Waltz as his running mate. It also follows the revelation of investigations into a pro-Trump political action committee created by Musk.

Monday, North Carolina Board of Elections Musk opened the investigation into America PAC, a political action committee he created after receiving complaints from website users that the group was collecting personal information and failing to help users register to vote as promised.
America PAC, which supports Trump’s candidacy, is also being investigated by the North Carolina Attorney General and the Michigan Secretary of State.
Musk also owns social media company X, formerly known as X Twitter when the company is state-owned. Trump was an avid Twitter user for years before the site banned his account on January 6, 2021, after he incited a riot by a mob of his supporters at the US Capitol.
The ban was lifted after Musk bought Twitter for $44 billion.
