Russia has released Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich, American businessman Paul Whelan and two others as part of a historic prisoner exchange involving the United States, Germany and other countries. Russia released a total of 16 prisoners, and the United States and other countries released 8 Russians. It was the largest prisoner exchange since the Cold War. NBC News’ Keir Simmons reports.
