The White House said President Biden has tested positive for Covid and his symptoms remain mild. Mr. Biden spent much of Wednesday campaigning in Las Vegas. Congressman Adam Schiff of California has become the most prominent House Democrat to call on Mr. Biden to suspend his re-election campaign. NBC News’ Kelly O’Donnell reports.
