Jurors must listen to the referee’s instructions again
The jury will hear the judge’s instructions today, although it is not clear whether Mercha will reread all or just part of the instructions.

The jury’s request to reconsider Mercha’s instructions was their second day yesterday after seeking to hear part of the testimony.
Jurors will hear portions of witness statements
Yesterday afternoon, jurors were asked to repeat parts of witness statements, including three parts of David Packer’s testimony and part of Michael Cohen’s testimony.
The demands include rehearing Packer’s testimony about a phone call with Trump in which he advised the then-candidate to buy Playboy model Karen McDougal’s story to “take it off the market,” testimony about McDougal’s right-to-life discussions and Cohen’s testimony. at a Trump Tower meeting he and Packer attended, they discussed how National Enquirer parent company American Media Inc. could help Trump’s campaign.

Court reconvenes at 9:30 this morning and some of the first business decisions will be on jury requests from yesterday.
During deliberations, the jury asked to hear portions of witness testimony, as well as Merchan’s jury instructions. It is not yet clear whether Mercha will re-read the instructions in full. Yesterday it took him about an hour to read the complete instructions.
The jurors will then continue deliberating — but it’s unclear how long those deliberations will last. A verdict may be issued today.
