Biden steps up personal insults of Trump, calling him a loser

President Joe Biden piled on his personal insults Donald Trump called on Tuesday Presumptive Republican nominee A “loser” while mocking his handling of the Covid pandemic.

Biden spoke during a speech at the Asia Pacific American Congressional Research Institute’s annual awards ceremony in Washington.

“That other guy, that loser. I think he has a problem,” Biden said without naming Trump.

The insult was met with laughter in the ballroom for an event honoring Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month.

Biden also beat Trump on the fight against the Covid pandemic when he was in office four years ago.

“Look, I’ll never forget him lying about the pandemic, telling Americans to put bleach on their skin,” Biden said Tuesday. “I wonder if he did. That might explain something.”

In 2020, Trump openly pondered whether disinfectant would be effective in ridding the body of Covid with the “needle”.

The Trump campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Biden’s remarks.

Tuesday is not the first time Biden has weighed in on Trump’s Covid statements. He was referring to Trump’s comments last week about using disinfectant to fight the virus at campaign events.

“Do you remember when he said the best thing to do was inject some bleach into his arm?” Biden said at a campaign party on Friday.

“That’s what he said. And he meant it. I wish he would do some work himself.”
